S01E20 Margaret Thatcher Confers with Madonna to Find a New Image
Episode Overview
The episode kicks off with Donaldson, Kennedy, Iacocca, and Koch competing in a lively game of "Political Jeopardy." Meanwhile, at D.C. Follies, it’s Valentine's Day and Fred is reminiscing about his former romance with Princess Di. He recalls their relationship, culminating in a heartbreaking "Casablanca" moment where he urges Di to marry Charles. In a surprising twist, Margaret Thatcher turns to Madonna for assistance in reinventing her public persona, leading to a quirky music video project. Just as Fred's belief in love begins to rekindle with the arrival of his ex, Mary Hart, she reveals her true purpose: an interview with Barbara Walters.
