Maya feels abandoned as her friends prioritize their relationships over her, leading her to guilt-trip them into joining her for a nostalgic outing in her former neighborhood. There, she unexpectedly encounters Darnell and is taken aback to discover he never mentioned securing a small business loan for a car repair shop, nor that he has a new girlfriend. Meanwhile, William gears up to rejoin the law firm, but not before tackling a personal bucket list that includes his dream of dancing on Soul Train.
