Episode Overview

Reed makes his first arrest of a sex offender responsible for the horrific rape of a 5-year-old boy in a park restroom, only to be devastated to find out the child has passed away. Tensions rise for the officers when an arrest in a largely Black community nearly ignites a race riot. They also respond to a report of a potential dead body, which ultimately reveals itself to be nothing more than decaying fish.
