The Special Need (2014)

Plot

Enea, a 28-year-old autistic man living in Italy, craves physical intimacy, but his condition makes finding it a constant struggle. Determined to change his luck, he convinces his best friends, Carlo and Alex, to join him on a road trip across Europe. What begins as a straightforward quest for connection unexpectedly transforms into a journey of self-discovery, friendship, and profound personal growth, revealing that the bonds they forge along the way mean far more than any fleeting encounter.
