Plot
Cast off by her husband, a village woman lands in Kolkata with nothing but her will to survive. She drifts into sex work, carving out a fragile existence in the city’s gritty margins. There, she forges quiet, unspoken bonds—with a wealthy client who offers fleeting comfort, and a battered neighborhood boy who mirrors her own wounds. Together, they form an unlikely, wordless family, finding tenderness in a world that offers none.
